From prospect to close, our Account Executives oversee the full sales cycle, build exceptional B2B pipelines, and connect with prospects, clients, and partners — all while promoting the value of Pilot’s services and customer experience.
Fiber Technician I
Get hands-on experience creating & troubleshooting fiber paths and placing fiber-optic cable throughout NYC office buildings as Pilot's Fiber Technician I. You'll get the chance to learn the industry & be part of a team passionate about providing our customers with an amazing internet experience.
OSP Splicer
An OSP Splicer is a critical part of our night crew, working on our high-capacity fiber network, where they are responsible for splicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our fiber infrastructure throughout the NYC metro area.
OSP Line Technician
An OSP Line Tech is a critical part of our night crew, responsible for placing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our fiber infrastructure throughout the NYC metro area.
