Our DC Tech ensures our data centers are continuously operating at high levels of performance. You’ll keep them meticulously organized, updated, and maintained through routine patch and capacity work, inventory, documentation and troubleshooting.
Software engineers at Pilot design and build internal and customer-facing solutions to enable us to provide the best customer experience in the industry. You’ll work on projects covering everything from monitoring and alerting on our fiber optic network to business operations.
The primary function of an Account Executive (AE) is to meet and exceed a monthly bookings quota by building and nurturing an opportunity pipeline generated by prospecting assigned accounts and utilizing a multi-touch, cold, outbound cadence while ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. The AE is also responsible for helping the direct sales team reach revenue goals set by the Direct Sales Manager to align with broader business initiatives
You'll lead Pilot's front-line customer technical support team and manage the planning and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This includes managing team operations, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and implementing new technologies.
