The Network Support Engineer is the front line of Pilot's technical support. You’ll help us provide the best customer experience in the business by maintaining a cutting-edge and continuously expanding network and delivering friendly and knowledgeable 24/7 support.
Flexing strategic thinking, problem-solving, and creative muscles, you’ll lead Pilot’s marketing team in developing, implementing, and managing acquisition, sales enablement, and customer retention through campaigns, programs, and events.
Get hands-on experience placing fiber-optic cable in NYC office buildings and creating & troubleshooting fiber paths. In this role, you'll expand your knowledge of the telecom industry & be part of a team with a passion for providing our customers with an amazing internet experience.
