As the Manager of CX, you will lead the CX team and collaborate cross-functionally to manage customer onboarding and account support operations. You’ll balance optimizing processes, developing your team, & advocating for our customers.
From prospect to close, our Account Executives oversee the full sales cycle, build exceptional B2B pipelines, and connect with prospects, clients, and partners — all while promoting the value of Pilot’s services and customer experience.
Guiding prospects from introduction to conversion, our Inbound Sales Representative manages the entire sales process. They build rapport with leads, develop B2B pipelines, and close business, all while championing the value of Pilot's services and prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
As a CXA, you’ll guide customers from sales to activation, ensuring a positive impression. You will share timely project updates, handle account changes, and work cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience.
