An OSP Line Tech is a critical part of our night crew, responsible for placing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our fiber infrastructure throughout the NYC metro area.
Get hands-on experience creating & troubleshooting fiber paths and placing fiber-optic cable throughout NYC office buildings as Pilot's Fiber Technician II. You'll get the chance to learn the industry & be part of a team passionate about providing our customers with an amazing internet experience.
Software engineers at Pilot design and build the systems that power our business — from internal tools and integrations to customer-facing products. You'll architect solutions that streamline workflows and improve data flow across our platforms, while developing a deep understanding of the business processes and strategy behind them.
Be the technical architect of an established Salesforce organization, building solutions for business needs and iterating on existing ones. This role also works with Software Engineering and other stakeholders to manage data flows between Salesforce and other production systems.
Our Wholesale Account Specialist is the go-to expert for our wholesale customers, managing everything from daily quote requests to collaboration with service delivery and other Pilot teams. They keep our Reseller and Carrier customers happy, our customer data and metrics pristine, and our cross-functional teams in sync—delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
