You'll lead Pilot's front-line customer technical support team and manage the planning and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This includes managing team operations, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and implementing new technologies.
As an NE, you’ll monitor and maintain our network infrastructure to ensure a high-performance experience for customers. This includes investigating and troubleshooting alerts, provisioning new services, planning and performing network improvements, & serving as an escalation point.
The Network Support Engineer is the front line of Pilot's technical support. You’ll help us provide the best customer experience in the business by maintaining a cutting-edge and continuously expanding network and delivering friendly and knowledgeable 24/7 support.
