In simple terms:
If you are a Pilot customer, and you refer another business to Pilot, and they take a meeting with us, you both get a $50 gift card.
If that business then signs up for Pilot’s internet service, you get one month of free internet service.

Pilot’s Customer Referral Program (the “Program”) is limited to active paid subscribers of Pilot (“Pilot Customers”) with accounts in good standing and the new customer that they refer (“New Customers”) to Pilot.
By submitting the form at
pilotfiber.com/referrals/customer, Pilot Customer and New Customer agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Pilot employees, Channel Partners, Real Estate Referral Program participants and other business partners are not eligible.
AMAZON GIFT CARD
Existing Pilot Customers who refer new customers and the referred customers can each earn a $50 Amazon gift card, subject to these terms and conditions for eligibility and participation.
To be eligible to receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card, an existing Pilot Customer (“Pilot Customer” must refer a new customer (“New Customer”) by submitting the form at
pilotfiber.com/referrals/customer. By submitting this form, Pilot Customer and New Customer (collectively, “Participants”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Pilot must, in its sole discretion, determine that the referred Prospect is a “Qualified Prospect”. A Qualified prospect: (1) is not a current or former Pilot customer (2) is not already a prospect of Pilot sourced through other means and (3) expresses interest in an internet circuit within Pilot’s serviceable area. The Qualified Prospect must then schedule and attend a meeting with a Pilot Account Executive.
Gift cards will be delivered digitally to the email addresses the Pilot Customer and New Customer provide within 30 days of the meeting between the Qualified Prospect and Pilot Account Executive at the sole discretion of Pilot. Subject to availability. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Pilot may modify or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason without liability to Participants.
ACCOUNT CREDIT
Existing Pilot Customers who refer new customers and the referred customers can each earn an account credit of up to $1,000.00, subject to these terms and conditions for eligibility and participation.
To be eligible to receive account credit, an existing Pilot Customer must complete the online referral form at referrals.pilotfiber.com/customer. Pilot Customer must maintain active paid service through the time at which Pilot receives the New Customer’s second monthly payment for Pilot Services. New Customer must order an internet circuit of any bandwidth. New Customer must become an active, paying subscriber of Pilot within 90 days of Pilot receiving the referral.
Pilot Customer will receive account credit equivalent to a free month of internet service (up to $1,000.00) when Pilot receives payment for New Customer’s second monthly billing cycle. The credit will automatically be applied to Pilot Customer’s account, and reflected in the next applicable monthly invoice.
New Customer will receive account credit equivalent to a free month of internet service (up to $1,000.00). Account credit will be applied to the New Customer’s first bill. The account credit will only apply to internet service; additional services and installation charges are not eligible.
Pilot does not make any representations or warranties as to the serviceability of New Customer’s organization or service location and may, at its discretion, decline to provide service for any or no reason. Credits are administered at Pilot’s sole discretion and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. Pilot may modify or discontinue this offer at any time. Each Pilot Customer organization is eligible for one credit per successful New Customer referral. Participants are responsible for paying any taxes associated with the credits.
