Members of Pilot's Real Estate Referral Program (“Participants”) are eligible to receive a Visa* gift card from Pilot Fiber, Inc. (“Pilot”) for each new commercial real estate professional they refer to Pilot, subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and the eligibility requirements herein.
Participants must have already enrolled in Pilot’s Real Estate Referral Program (the “Program”) by visiting pilotfiber.com/referrals/brokers and submitting the completed form.
Participants agree to abide by these Terms by enrolling in the Program and/or by referring any potential new Real Estate Referral Program member (a “Prospective Member”) to Pilot.
Persons who are enrolled individually or via a corporation in Pilot’s Channel Partner or other referral programs are not eligible to participate. Employees of Pilot are also not eligible.
Participants must submit a completed form on pilotfiber.com/referrals/refer-broker or send an email containing sufficient information to a Pilot employee who administers the Program to identify and contact the Prospective Member. Participants may submit an unlimited number of Prospective Members.
Participants will receive a $50 Visa gift card for any Prospective Member who signs up for Pilot's Real Estate Referral Program at pilotfiber.com/referrals/brokers.
The gift card will be tendered** in person, mailed, or emailed to the address the Participant submitted on the Program website upon enrollment, within thirty (30) days after a referral signs up and is approved for participation in the program.
Gift cards are administered at Pilot's sole discretion and may not be redeemed for cash. In the event that a Prospective Member contacts Pilot before the Participant submits a referral, the Participant bears the burden of proving their affiliation with such Prospective Member. Any disputes related to the Program will be resolved by Pilot at its sole discretion.
Pilot may modify or discontinue this promotion at any time for any reason.
Participants are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the Program. This Program is void where prohibited by law.
